Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plusAbility to organize and prioritize Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member.Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and OutlookMust pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes. Managing a full caseload of clients with high level of customer service.
