Essential Responsibilities: Maintain MARMC's Surface ship Total Ships Readiness (TSRA) Metrics database and support MTR ResearchPrepare rough draft TSRA/MTR letters, prior to routing to the Chief Engineer for review/approvalMaintain the TSRA End of Visit database trackerTrack prerequisite and end-of-visit messages, TSRA in-briefs and out-briefs, and TSRA SchedulesReview tasking in TASS to ensure all required information is provided and up to dateProvide TSRA VST support program data expertiseAssist with the preparation and submission of all required reportsGather metrics for audits and other data calls Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and 3 years of job-related experience, OR, a high school diploma and 11 years of job-related experienceMinimum of three (3) years of database management experienceMinimum of three (3) years of experience in support of surface TSRA and or CMP processesMust be able to compile reports, charts, and tables based on established statistical methods and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsMay be required to direct and lead the work of othersMust have an active secret US government clearance.
