About This Job The main purpose of this job is to provide support, design and direct upgrades/enhancements to existing systems, retire/replace existing systems, and implement new systems to stay current with technological, industry, and regulatory needs/issues. Essential Functions Collaborate as a Business Line Systems resource with IT and Business teams- implementing technical solutions for the business needsCreate a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a businessGather information, analyze user needs, scope and objectives, and work with project teams to establish quality project requirementsComplete User Acceptance Testing of system updates, changes, and enhancementsUtilize systems to generate reports and develop and produce requested reportsCollect data and update systems information via manual input or uploadProvide end user systems support, consultation, and recommendations in resolving technical problems on a rotation scheduleMonitor systems and databases for functionality and availability to users, troubleshoot, and respond to user inquiriesResearch, analyze, assist with the design, testing, and implementation of applications, sometimes working in cooperation with internal departments and external vendorsPerform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Strong knowledge of the flow of work which includes forecasting, release planning, sprint planning and process improvement effortsAbility to write user stories and acceptance criteria for system epics and featuresAbility to deliver on multiple competing priorities with little supervisionStrong computer skills, specifically with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and Business ObjectsAbility to create and execute user acceptance test scriptsRelationship building skills to work effectively with a variety of individuals at all levels throughout the bank and provide excellent internal customer serviceMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesInquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core ValuesAdvance proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook (Officer 365) Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required4+ years banking experience required2+ years systems experience requiredWaterfall, Agile, and SCRUM experience preferred For individuals applying, assigned and/or hired to work in areas with pay transparency requirements, Commerce is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
