Program Management Own the responsibility for the operation of numerous group travel programs from the contract phase to on-site execution and program closure Interface with the client representative and HMI sales executive to monitor program participation Manage program payment schedules, budgets, timeline creation and final program reconciliation, P & L statement Represent HMI as the primary liaison for hotel and related vendors on a project by project basis (menu selections, venues, activities, VIP arrangements, room gift selection etc.) Coordinate with air management on group blocks, penalties, and "book and ticket" reservations Site inspections: plan and execute site inspections as needed, in addition to accompanying a client during a site inspection if required. The program manager reports to the Manager of Group Travel Operations.
