education initiatives to raise awareness about substance use disorders and available treatment options within the community <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Serve as a resource for clients and their families providing support education and referrals to additional services as needed <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Program Coordination including support of our Assessment Programs hiring training and ongoing mentoring for the team <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Weekly supervision as outlined for compliance of the ADCT assessors <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Monthly Supervision of LADCs in accordance with DHS requirements <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Quality reviews chart auditing and ongoing monitoring of the Assessor Teams visits <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Coordination with the Revenue Operations team to obtain funding for any noninsured clients to ensure assessments<span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Strong knowledge of evidencebased treatment approaches and interventions for substance use disorders <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Excellent counseling and therapeutic skills with the ability to establish rapport and build a therapeutic alliance with clients <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in substance use disorder treatment and the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional guidelines <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><li>
