<p>The Operations Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Professional Services responsible for monitoring leading indicators of success from PS pipeline forecasting billable utilization and project and department profitability to drive to proactive staffing upskilling and project success This role involves direct handson work with data and collaborating directly with the Finance Revenue and PS Operations team for success<p> <p>Specific responsibilities include<p> <ul><li>Build validate and maintain performance dashboards and reporting for weekly team monitoring<li> <li>Validate and provide critical feedback into metrics being monitored by internal Partners<li> <li>Perform adhoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management<li> <li>Revenue analysis ownership responsibilities month end close variance and mix analyses <li> <li>Lead short and longterm financial planning with PS Leaders and Finance team<li> <li>Partner with Finance to create monthly Operational updates that encompasses all teams in Professional Services<li> <li>Define and develop key analysis points build models and generate insights to create recommendations which help address strategic issues<li> <li>Collaborate with PS Leadership to drive the development of quarterly prioritization planning<li> <li>Proficient in process engineering and optimization process documentation <ul><li>Bachelors degree from 4year university or equivalent in business experience<li> <li>3+ years experience working with working with a Professional Services organization to provide data analysis related to capacity planning billable utilization and pipeline<li> <li>Experience building out reports validating data and applying critical knowledge to establish nuances of measurement and reporting<li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent required advanced experience with using Excel formulas functions and pivot tables<li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent preferred experience with using both documentation and presentation tool<li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word or equivalent preferred advanced experience with using templates change tracking and document mapping<li> <li>Prior Salesforce or other CRM Customer Relationship Management platform experience preferred<li> <ul><p><strong>Milestones for the First Six Months<strong><p> <p>In one month youll<p> <ul><li>Complete training in Fusions platform and other learning tools<li> <li>Initiate relationshipbuilding with key internal partners<li> <li>Meet with primary Manager and other key Operations team members to gain insights and observations<li> <li>Shadow a variety of meetings and begin to familiarize yourself with Fusion tools protocols and processes<li> <ul><p>In three months youll<p> <ul><li>Begin to lead prep sessions for internal sync meetings and own presentation decks<li> <li>Take ownership of updating key tools used for measuring Operational metrics<li> <li>Build out andor update simple models and enhance existing tracking tools as needed based on data trends and business need<li> <li>Attend internal meetings with business partners to provide feedback and insight<li> <ul><p>In six months youll<p> <ul><li>Independently work on Operational initiatives including reinventing processes enhancing automation and procedures to provide easier access to data trends<li> <li>Participate in internal initiatives within Professional Services<li> <li>Take the lead in larger planning and measuring activities which provide greater Operational
