cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting USDHS at the Freedom Center in Herndon Virginia This position has remote capabilities This position requires an active Secret clearance and must meet 8570 requirements Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a computer engineering or science field<li> <li>Active Secret Clearance<li> <li>8570 Compliant Security+ CE<li> <li>A minimum of 15 years of IT cybersecurity management experience including 3 years of direct support for the US Government OR a relevant Masters degree in IT computer science business or engineering and 10+ years of IT cybersecurity management experience including 3 years of direct support for the US Government<li> <li>At least ONE of the following security certifications Certified Authorization Professional<li> <li>CAP Certified Information Systems Security Officer CISSO Certified Information Security Manager CISM or Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP<li> <li>At least ONE of the following project management certifications is desirable Project Management certification from Project Management Institute PMI Project Management<li> <li>Professional PMP Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act DAWIA PPM certification Level III or Federal Acquisition Certification FAC PPM certification Level II<li> <li>Experience communicating effectively both oral and written with technical nontechnical and executivelevel customers<li> <li>Understanding and experience with Agile principles processes and methodologies<li> <ul> Duties <ul><li>Oversee all services provided under the Enterprise ISSO Program Services contract <li> <li>Responsible for the management administration technical correctness timeliness and quality of services and products provided under this contract <li> <li>Responsible for providing and managing the human resources necessary to perform the required activities<li> <ul>
